Question
Should we celebrate Christmas according to Bible?
Answer
Simply follow the angels and the shepherds in welcoming Jesus birth.
And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased.” (Luke 2: 13-14)
Further, 2 Timothy 2: 8 implies 2 events should be remember:
- Jesus was risen from the dead. ( Passover)
- Jesus came from David’s family line. ( Christ mass)
Remember Jesus Christ. He came from David’s family line. He was raised from the dead. That is my good news.(2 Timothy 2: 8)
Following these verses results in celebrating or observing Christ mass, i.e., a mass of Christ.
